Hello all!! Today's Crystal Wednesday is Malachite!!



Malachite is a copper carbonate hydroxide mineral. Malachite is associated with the month of January, the planet Venus, the Heart and Throat chakras, Earth and is the gemstone of Capricorn. The Malachite pictured above are tough tumbles.



The Meaning Of...

The name Malachite may derive from one of 3 Greek words: 

- Malakee or Malache which signifies the resemblance of Mallow leaves

- Malakos, which means soft



Healing Properties

Malachite can:

- Provide pain relief
- Help build strength after an illness
- Help with Asthma
- Aid the respiratory systems
- Boost the immune system
- Help with childbirth
- Balance moods
- Help with menstrual symptoms
- Ease menopausal symptoms

Ancestral Work (part 1 )

 Ancestral Communication and Work. Hi Guys, It's me again, as this is work that I have been actively doing, and Cat and I agreed that I would do this post for you. It seems to fit in well with the season. We have discussed this subject briefly in some other posts, such as Vivianite  (just use the search function and input ancestors or spirit work, and you will find the posts to read whichever ones shout at you, as there are too many mentions to put them in here).
