Edible Parts
Apparently, this plant and others in the Willowherb family are edible and/or safe for consumption in some way. According to what I found all parts are edible but the only example I could find for culinary uses was a Russian tea called Kapoor. As there are several varieties of this plant, ask your local Flora experts before consuming!
