Crystal Wednesday + October Full Moon 2021

Hello all! Today's Crystal Wednesday just so happens to coincide with the October Full Moon!


October's Full Moon is the only Full Moon of 2021 in Aries! Aries is a fire sign and it's all about passion and power. This Full Moon will highten your passionate desires but will also highlight any underlying power struggles you have, either within yourself or around you but, the power Aries brings to this Full Moon should give you the energies you need to deal with those power struggles and, put energy into your passions.

As it's also Crystal Wednesday, it's only fair we start with what crystals are best to work with during this time:

- Serpentine
- Moonstone
- Howlite
- Pearl
- Bloodstone
- Ruby
- Red Garnet
- Carnelian
- Watermelon Tourmaline
- Lemurian Seed Crystal
- Citrine
- Malachite
- Red Jasper
- Blue Lace Agate
- Hematite
- Unakite

Herbs/Incense

Here's a list of herbs and incense to use for this Full Moon:

- Garlic
- Nettles
- Sage (Reminder: White Sage is a closed practice)
- Basil
- Yarrow
- Thyme
- Cloves

As a lot of power and energies will come about during this Full Moon you can use other scents/herbs that you find calming, relaxing and that help you focus.

If you're using essential oils and/or the actual plants themselves and have pets, please consult the following lists to keep them safe:




Since this is an Aries Full Moon, Candle Magic and Fire Magicks will have a boost during this time. If you're going to use Candles, use red, yellow and orange for a little extra boost.

Never leave a Candle/incense burning unattended! Have water nearby just incase!
