Crystal Wednesday - Ice Quartz

Hello all!! Today's Crystal Wednesday is Ice Quartz!

Ice Quartz (sometimes called Nirvana Quartz and Himalayan Ice Quartz) is a crystalline mineral composed of silicon dioxide, like Clear Quartz. It seems to be very hard to find associations for Ice Quartz as it keeps coming up with Clear Quartz so I'll do my best! This stone seems to be the gemstone of Capricorn and is associated with the Heart, Third Eye and Crown Chakras. I am going to associate Ice Quartz with the Winter months, The Moon and Water. You may have your own associations which is completely fine! The Ice Quartz pictured above has been tumbled.

The Meaning Of...

The meaning of Ice Quartz is to help achieve enlightenment, hence the alternative name Nirvana Quartz.
