Now, we've talked about Moon Water before but, I think it's fitting that we talk about Storm Water today!!

What is Storm Water?

Storm Water is Water that has been (safely) collected during a Storm and, as such, is imbued with the powers and properties of said Storm. 




What can Storm Water be used for?

Storm Water has both beneficial and baneful properties. Beneficial properties will be in italics and baneful will be underlined:


- Protection. Storm Water can be spread around your property, along windowsills and doorways and used to enchant jewellery. You can also use it on your garden but it isn't recommend as Storms are unpredictable so the effects on a garden can also be unpredictable.


- Curses and Hexes. Storms are chaotic, powerful and destructive forces of nature so, it's only fitting that they can be a perfect base for the disruptive and destructive nature of curses and hexes. Coat paper in SW before you write your hex/curse, enchant jewellery with the intention of hexing. (Don't hex or curse if you don't know what you're doing!).


- Art/Chaotic Witchery. If you are an Art/Creative/Chaotic practitioner then, depending on your personal practice, you can use SW in a variety of ways (this also applies to other paths). You can paint with it, add it to pen inks, make Sigils with it, mix it into clay, the list goes on! How it is used, beneficial or baneful, is up to you, as long as you know what you're doing!


- Cleansing. Believe it or not, SW can be use for cleansing. Water itself has been used for cleansing for centuries and Storms themselves have been known as "cleansing forces" so, it stands to reason, that SW is, in itself, a powerful cleansing tool. 



What can Storm Water help with?

SW can be used for the following:

- Emotional healing/Strength
- Confidence
- Charging tools/items/Spells
- Protection
- Cleansing
- Curse/Hex casting
- Manifestation


You can also charge SW with the Moon or mix with Seawater for extra potency!!
