Emporiblog - Baneful Magicks
Before we begin, I'd like to apologise for the lack of a post or warning yesterday. I have stated before that I have medical problems and sometimes I don't get warnings myself but I'm back for now!! I have also figured out how to access the comments on the blog so I will be getting around to those shortly!!
Back to the post....
Not everyone is comfortable with using Baneful Magicks and that is perfectly fine!! It isn't everyone's cup of tea for a variety reasons and it is a personal choice, whether you decide to use it or not.
I'm not going to tell you how to Hex, Curse or Jinx in this post, but, I will be doing future posts on them e.g the difference between each and more in-depth posts on each. The reason why I have mentioned them here is because they are part of Baneful practices.
Now, Baneful Magicks are very powerful and require a lot of energy to cast. You will also need to have strong protections for yourself, your surroundings and for those who are innocent but could still be affected. If you don't know what you are doing, you will hurt yourself and others, so, you must research everything thoroughly and have complete understanding of what you are about to do.
It goes without saying but Baneful Magicks are not a toy and are not to be used lightly or because someone bumped into you in the street! But not everyone will think this way. I will do more in-depth posts on how to find out if someone has used Baneful Magicks against you and how to counter it as Baneful Magicks are a part of Witchcraft, whether people like it of not.
Of course, if you adhere to the 3 Fold Law or the Wiccan Rede, then Baneful Magicks are a big no no. A friendly defense for those above and for those who aren't comfortable using Baneful Magicks, is a Return to Sender Spell which is safe to use. More in-depth posts on this to follow this week!!
A lot of practitioners will say that baby Witches should not touch Baneful Magicks. I personally think that baby Witches shouldn't perform Baneful Magicks unless, they know what they are doing, have done as much research as humanly possible and understand every aspect of what they wish to perform. Your path is your own and I cannot tell you how to practice but, I will say that you need to be prepared!!
If you feel you are ready and are comfortable using Baneful Magicks and wish to perform said Magicks, here's a quick checklist:
Do I understand what I am doing?
Am I prepared magickally, physically, emotionally and spiritually?
Is it justified?
Is my reason for casting this legitimate?
Are appropriate protections in place?
Have I researched every possible aspect thoroughly?
If the answer to any of the above questions is NO, then you are not yet ready and need more time.
