Tarot Tuesday - Seven Of Swords

In the card pictured above, we can see a skeleton carrying 5 Swords across a desert, 2 in one hand and 3 in the other. The other 2 Swords are in the desert floor, slightly behind the skeleton. In the sky, we can see 4 stars that stand out with the 2 larger ones being in the top left corner.
Meaning
If you receive an upright Seven Of Swords in response to a question, you must exercise caution!! It signifies that there is dishonesty and that you are being deliberately deceived. A person or persons connected to your question are manipulating you for their own gain. It can also denote that you are being cheated out of something or, if you're asking about a romantic relationship, you are being cheated on and the person is trying to cover it up by being dishonest and manipulating you. There is also possibly a theif amongst your situation so I would recommend taking stock of everything to stop it progressing further. Take appropriate action. If this is a personal reading about yourself and this card is drawn, it's a sign to sort yourself and your behaviour out before you loose everything!
Reversed Meaning
A reversed Seven Of Swords shows that now is the time to start taking responsibility. Stop running from your past and your current problems, you need to face them head on so you can move forward. Admitting your mistakes and wrongdoings and coming clean will allow everyone to heal and move on. You can now start fresh and forge a new path but you must be consistent and authentic with your new path, it may take a while for people to trust again, which is why the authenticity is important. If you're drawing this card in relation to a question, the situation is about to be resolved by someone related to said question doing the above. How you deal with this is completely up to you.
