Tarot Tuesday - Ten of Swords
The Ten of Swords is associated with the element of Air and the planet Uranus (I've also seen Saturn and Mercury).

In the card pictured above, we can see a skeleton laying on some kind of surface and pinned in place by 10 swords. In the sky, there are some clouds, 3 more prominent stars and 3 shooting stars.
Meaning
An upright Ten of Swords foretells of painful endings that cannot be avoided. In the lead up to the end you will experience wounds of sorts, most likely emotional ones which will probably come about as a result of betrayal. You may also experience loss in regards to your question in some way, be it financial, emotional or physical: these losses cannot be avoided but you can prepare yourself for them. All of this combined will end in a crisis that you cannot stop. You can check the other cards in the reading which may help you deal with this and be as prepared as you can be, this may help to reduce the feeling of helplessness and take some of the toll off of your mental well-being.
Reversed Meaning
A reversed Ten of Swords offers some hope but, you need to stop resisting the inevitable end mentioned above. Once you've accepted said end, you can begin your recovery. This will be a long road so do not rush it, you need to heal properly so you can go forward as a better, stronger person. You need to regenerate your physical, mental and spiritual side to regain the balance within yourself.
