The suit of Cups is associated with the element of water.

It looks like there's water in the background with some small cliffs. There are some clouds in the sky along with a crescent moon and 3 prominent stars

This grid was invented during the time of Chinese Emperor Yu and every row, vertical, diagonal and horizontal, all equal 15. So, let's get to the method.....
