Hello all!! Today I'm going to discuss the benefits of Meditation!!



DISCLAIMER: Not everyone can meditate (myself included) and meditation isn't an essential part of Witchcraft but it does have it's benefits.



The benefits

It is possible for Meditation to help with the following (medical in bold): 

- Anxiety
- Grounding
- Lowering blood pressure
- Gaining new perspectives
- Managing stress
- Asthma
- Chronic pain (doesn't work for everyone)
- Self awareness
- Focus
- Creativity/Imagination
- Improving sleep
- Lowering heart rate
- Regulating emotions
- Tension headaches
- Regulating energy 
- Battling addiction 
- Increasing attention span 



As I cannot meditate (ironically due to chronic pain), I cannot provide tips on how to do so, but, we do have a rough guide in this post 👇🏻👇🏻
